1. General Conditions


You can cancel your order if it has not yet left our warehouse. To do this, Please contact us by mail info@uphairs.com or by phone to 353 148 538 88

If you have already received your order and find there is a problem or you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the order within 7 days of reception. To return products, please, contact us by:

Incomplete, damaged or used goods will not be accepted for return..

2. Exchanges

We only return or exchange products in accordance with the general conditions. If, for any reason, we cannot replace an item we will gladly refund you. If you decide to exchange a product because you changed your mind, the shipping costs are charged to you.

3. Refund Methods

Upharis.com will do its best to refund the client as quickly as possible. Refunds will be processed 15 days from the date of receipt.

• Credit card payments - refund will be made directly to the credit card and can be verified on the very next statement.

• Pay Pal payments - refund will be made directly to your Pay Pal account and will be immediately available.

• Cash on Delivery or Bank transfer payments – we will need your bank account data (IBAN and SWIFT) so the refund may be transferred to your account.

4. Shipping Refund

Shipping refunds will only be accepted for damaged or returned products. If your order is of more than one item and only one of the items is damaged shipping refunds will not be applied.
